Leader - Leadership Qualities

Leadership :

Leadership is personal power ( not positional power if it is positional power no longer he can survive with people as a Leader) who can influence people to increasing, improving, growing for common purpose ( if it is personal purpose goal no one can Influence with leader )
If it is personal - people come with their hands and legs.
If it is common - then people come with head and heart.
Actually, we all think a leader is a person who leads or commands a group people in a particular organization or anywhere, but according to me, a Leader is a person who influences people to achieve a common goal for any organization.
➡ A Leadership should be inspirational and be a good example to Team.
➡ He should have clear goals and clear communication with Team.
➡ Always recognizes the hard persons and encourage them for their work.
➡ He should be focus on team interests, positive things, and needs.
➡ He should do more actions than words.
➡ He should take feedback from their team.

People Management :

People management is very difficult to every organization management, but it is easy to the leader because he connects with people and understand the problem and understands the overall environment.

➡ Management can maintain but the leader can develop it.
➡ Management can focus on system and structure of the organization but the leader focuses on People.

Some people don’t understand what there have, always think what they don’t have..but there doesn’t have an idea that how many people would love to have what they're getting.
